About the Role
As the Area Studio Manager for our Gilbert and Scottsdale locations, you’ll lead with purpose, cultivating a culture where wellness and hospitality intersect. You’ll guide and empower a team of 25+ estheticians, hosts, and leaders to deliver exceptional care and results-driven experiences for every client.
Your role will be equal parts coach, strategist, and operator — ensuring the studios are profitable, energized, and consistently raising the bar in client care.
What You’ll Do
Leadership & Culture
- Inspire and manage a high-performing team of 25+, instilling accountability, growth, and a shared passion for wellness.
- Set the tone for world-class hospitality, ensuring both clients and team members feel valued.
- Celebrate wins daily and create an environment where people love to work.
People Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor talent across all roles, building a pipeline of future leaders.
- Collaborate with educators to strengthen esthetician recruitment and training programs.
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching that elevates performance and careers.
Business Impact
- Own your studios’ P&L, balancing financial discipline with growth opportunities.
- Drive key performance metrics:
- Rebooking Rate: 75%+
- Utilization: 75%+
- Membership Conversion: 50%+
- New Client Acquisition
- Rebooking Rate: 75%+
- Partner with Marketing on grassroots initiatives to build local awareness and loyalty.
- Oversee payroll, scheduling, and inventory with precision and efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a leader who thrives at the intersection of wellness, hospitality, and business.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and exceed performance targets in health, wellness, or hospitality.
- A passion for elevating the client journey and delivering memorable experiences.
- Strong track record leading and developing hourly teams.
- Community-oriented, relationship-driven, and energized by building client bases.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence.
- Spa, salon, or wellness experience is a strong plus.
- Solid knowledge of employment law, policies, and scheduling best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting.
- Flexibility to travel between studios and work non-traditional schedules (weekends, early mornings, evenings).

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
