About the Role

As a Flagship Studio Manager at Heyday, you will lead and inspire the team at one of our most high-profile locations, ensuring operational excellence, an exceptional guest experience, and strong business performance. You are a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

You create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while championing Heyday’s mission and values. What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & People Development

  • Lead, mentor, and support the studio leadership team, including Assistant Managers and Leads, to create a culture of high performance, collaboration, and engagement.

  • Partner with the People Team to identify future leaders, support internal mobility, and implement development plans that help team members grow within Heyday.

  • Act as a hands-on resource and role model, providing ongoing coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution as needed.

  • Foster an inclusive, equitable studio culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and set up for success.

Operational Oversight

  • Ensure consistent execution of Heyday’s SOPs, policies, and high standards for the client experience.

  • Monitor key studio performance metrics (e.g., P&L, utilization, client retention, productivity) and take proactive steps to meet or exceed goals.

  • Oversee efficient scheduling, labor optimization, and inventory management to drive operational excellence and cost control.

  • Collaborate with Regional Educators to ensure seamless Skin Therapist onboarding, education, and training within the studio.

Business & Financial Acumen

  • Own and manage the studio’s P&L, driving top-line revenue, managing labor and operational costs, and improving profitability.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with your leadership team, using insights to implement strategic actions that improve performance.

  • Maintain an active presence on the floor to understand team dynamics, client feedback, and operational needs firsthand.

Client Experience & Brand Stewardship

  • Champion Heyday’s service philosophy and ensure every client receives a personalized, high-quality experience from start to finish.

  • Be a visible ambassador of the Heyday brand—engaging with clients, supporting membership initiatives, and ensuring brand consistency throughout the studio.

  • Collaborate with local teams to support community partnerships, in-studio events, and grassroots marketing efforts that drive awareness and client acquisition.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience as a Studio Manager, General Manager, or equivalent leadership role in a high-growth retail, hospitality, or wellness environment.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in fast-paced, client-facing settings.

  • Strong financial and operational acumen, with direct experience managing a P&L and driving business results.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to coach, inspire, and lead by example.

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Passionate about skincare, wellness, and delivering memorable client experiences.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with POS, payroll, and scheduling systems is a plus.
