About The Role

Heyday is seeking a CRM Production Specialist to help grow our CRM program by executing new lifecycle marketing and personalization projects, while also building day-to-day campaigns in support of our marketing calendar. This is a hands-on, production role using Klaviyo and other platforms.

This person will build automated and blast email, SMS and push notification campaigns, coordinate assets needed and approvals required, build audience segments, and produce campaign performance reports. This person will also make website and app updates using our tools and/or technology vendors.

The role is a 4-month contract from September to December, 2024. The role is remote and works Monday-Friday starting at 10am EST, for up to 40 hours per week. Hours worked to be submitted bi-weekly on invoice.


What You’ll Do 

  • Build and maintain email and SMS automated lifecycle flows in Klaviyo, our Email Service Provider
  • Build email, SMS and push notification blast campaigns - about 5-10 per week
  • Coordinate copy and design assets and approvals required, slice in Figma
  • Create audience segments in Klaviyo and import lists when needed from Looker or other platforms. Light Excel work to clean or dedupe the lists.
  • Assist with the addition and QA of new data into the Klaviyo database to support personalization and to ensure accurate flow triggers and blast segmentation. Use that new data to set up personalized content within campaigns
  • Produce reports for Email and SMS performance, using Klaviyo and Google Analytics, analyze and provide conclusions based on KPIs.
  • Update the Heyday website and app using tools at your disposal, and provide instructions to vendors when the updates require more advanced development or a release.

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 3 years experience with email marketing, and at least 1 year with SMS and/or app push notifications. Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and TCPA/CTIA rules.
  • Minimum 2 years recent experience using Klaviyo for flows and blasts, including personalization, conditional logic and universal content.
  • Working knowledge of databases to make requests for new data to support personalization.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Excel for pivot tables & vlookups. Experience with Figma and Looker are a plus but not required.
  • Experience with project management software with ticketing systems, ClickUp is a plus. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong QA skills for proofreading, links, rendering on mobile & desktop.


 

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
