Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with a specialization in dermatology, cosmetic medicine, or a related field.
- Board certification in dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid medical license in the state of IL.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in dermatology or cosmetic medicine.
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical or medical director role.
- Expertise in medical-grade aesthetic treatments, including dermaplaning, chemical peels, and laser treatments.
- Experience in developing and implementing clinical protocols and training programs.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical oversight and develop treatment guidelines.
- Ensure all treatments meet the highest medical and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Oversee clinical audits and stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Develop and lead educational programs and ongoing staff training.
- Train healthcare providers in advanced services like Botox.
- Monitor and improve the quality of skincare treatments.
- Address and resolve clinical issues and client concerns promptly.
- Oversee medical enhancements and supervise staff administering treatments.
- Conduct client consultations and maintain detailed treatment records.
- Align clinical strategies with business objectives in collaboration with senior management.
- Ensure medical accuracy in marketing and product development.
- Be present on-site as required to comply with local regulations.
- Represent Heyday Skincare at industry conferences and professional meetings.
