About the Team

We are seeking a leader who can drive the fundamental mission behind Heyday: provide expert skincare that empowers everyone to be their best self.    We are attempting to democratize the skincare industry and give everyone access to personalized skincare, both a personalized skincare routine and product recommendations leveraging the world-class experts (estheticians) who are part of our team. 

About the Role

The mission of the Head of Franchise Development is to lead the growth of our franchise shops through the commitment of new and existing franchise partners.   This position will partner with the L5 Real Estate Accelerations to ensure that existing franchise partners are commencing the search for additional units (beyond their first shop). 
 

What You'll Do

  • Lead Generation:
    • Meet or exceed an internal customer acquisition cost as set out in our Objectives and Key Results
    • Work closely with our marketing department to provide feedback on the various advertising and lead generation sources we use to ensure a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
    • Manage the annual lead generation budget to ensure that Heyday is investing in the right mediums and channels. 
    • Develop and deepen our engagement with the Franchoice broker network. 

  • Mutual Evaluation Process:
    • Convert leads to profiles at a very high rate
    • Manage Franchise candidates throughout our Mutual Evaluation Process
    • Track, evaluate and react to our current pipeline and progress during each stage or our process
    • Work closely with your team to create and update with analytics and scorecards for reporting and tracking
    • Receive feedback and generate ideas to increase franchise candidate engagement 
    • Travel to attend candidate discovery days and broker conferences 
    • Manage the Field Day events to ensure that the internal Heyday team understands their roles and responsibilities to deliver a six-star candidate Field Day. 
    • Ensure the standard franchise and area development agreements are negotiated within the brand standards to ensure long-term success for the brand. 

  • Legal Compliance:
    • Manage the annual updates to our Franchise Disclosure Document.
    • Ensure that every franchise candidate is properly disclosed with Federal and State disclosure requirements and the proper documentation is created to track disclosures. 
    • Act as our Four-Wall representative within the Heyday internal team to ensure that we are executing on a seamless omnichannel presence for our clients. 

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least ten years of Franchise Development experience, who has been a part of the development of a fast-growing franchise brand.
  • Excels at delivering a world-class mutual evaluation process, to recruit the best candidates that will become world-class franchise partners.
  • You are passionate about education.  Heyday’s true mission is to educate and empower our clients’ skincare routine.
  • You’ve managed a diverse team. This position will be responsible for eventually leading their own team and also support the initiatives within the franchise development team.
  • You are maniacal about customer service.  We are delivering a unique experience within our shop and at our clients’ homes. 
  • You love developing your team.  People love to work with and for you.  You are committed to developing others by leaning into the why and building on peoples’ strengths.
  • You’re interested in skincare, self-care, and wellness. You don’t have to be a guru, but passionate for the category and can understand the customer mindset around skincare and self-care.

Pay Transparency: Base Salary $125,000 - $150,00 plus franchise commission

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
